- Review/implement process for compliance with delay and/or addt'l work statutes

     - Generate / manage all contract revenue & payment protection correspondence

 

     - Generate notice of delays and extensions of time

     - Liaison with the field and office management

 

     - Record all out of sequence, unproductive, inefficient work

 

     - Identify entitlement of all additional costs

 

     - Identify remaining monies owed inclusive of contract, change order & retainage

 

     - Minimize any credit change orders / liquidated damage​
